PACE (Promoting Agricultural Commercialization and Enterprise) is a value chain development project entitled “Income augmentation and employment creation of entrepreneurs through cow rearing in Chore regions”. SSS started to implement the project from July 2015. Goal of the project is to increase income of cow rearing entrepreneurs through increasing milk production, create employment and provide support to reduce both present and future milk deficiency in national level. PKSF and SSS itself have been providing financial support in this project. Presently, SSS has been implementing the project under 15 branches in five Upazilas of Tangail. The duration of the project is four years.

During 2016-17, achievements of the implemented activities under PACE are as follows: 1,600 group members received training, 75 high yielding green grass nursery and 65 model cow farms were established. 25 LSPs were provided with kit-box and other equipments, 120 vaccination camps were organized, 24 issue-based discussion meeting or re-training and workshops were arranged, 25 dairymen or local milk sellers were provided with milk-cans, 1,600 people received technical and technological support and 1,000 cow-disease and proper cow-burial management related calendars were made and distributed.
