Terre des hommes visits SSS’s edu. And welfare activities

A team of ten members from Terre des hommes Foundation India headed by Mahmudul Kabir, Country Director of Terre des hommes Bangladesh Country Office, visited SSS’s educational and welfare activities in Tangail on 15 April 2022. The team visited Sonarbangla Children Home at Kuizbari of Tangail and other educational programs, supported by SSS.

All the members of the team come from a Terre des hommes Foundation of India for oversee the activities of ECDP’s program (Education and Child Development Program), supported by SSS.

The team expressed their gratification oversee the progress of the program. It was a courtesy visit program in Bangladesh.

In 10.00 AM, the team was received at SSS Foundation office, by Abdul Hamid Bhuiyan, Executive Director of SSS.  Md. Abdul Latif Miah, Director of ECDP, Santosh Chandra Paul, Director of Credit Program and other senior officials of SSS were present at that time.

Mr. Thangaperumal, Chief Executive of Terre des hommes Foundation of India met Abdul Hamid Bhuiyan with his team members at Abdul Hamid’s Office as courtesy meeting. The team was introduced with ECDP’s various activities in this meeting.

The team consists of ten representatives visited SSS-Poura Ideal High School, met with Community leaders of Horizon palli in 11.00 AM. After that the team met with sex workers of Tangail brothel on 12.00 PM.

At 3 PM the team reached Sonarbangla Children Home at Kuizbari of Tangail Sadar Upazila. At that time the team members were introduced with Children of home and informed with the activities and enjoyed cultural program performed by children.  At the end of the day they joined with the children for participating in different types of games. And after all, they spent a delightful moments with the children.
