Training on Pineapple Processing and Packaging Techniques for the Farmers Gets Place under the SEP

SSS organized a 3-daylong (3-5 July) training session on the Modern and Indigenous Processing and Packaging Techniques of Pineapple for the Farmers: Improvement Food Security and Income Generation under the Sustainable Enterprise Projects (SEP) at the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition Science (FTNS), Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU), Tangail, financed by PKSF and SSS, on 3 July 2022.

 

Under the facilitation of Department of FTNS, MBSTU, in the session Mr. Santosh Chandra Paul, Director and Head of the Department, Credit, SSS was present as the chief guest and Professor Dr. A.K. Obidul Huq, Department of FTNS, MBSTU as keynote presenter presided over Ms. Farhana Akther, Chairman, Dept of FTNS, MBSTU. A total of 18 people participated in the training session; of them, 10 participants were pineapple cultivators and eight officers of SSS under the SEP, and the training session will continue to 5 July 2022.
