SSS’ AGM 2022 Held

Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022 of Society for Social Service (SSS) was held in the conference room of SSS Foundation Office, Tangail at 10.00 am on 7 October, 2022.

Mr. Murshed Alam Sarker, Chairperson, SSS Executive Committee presided over the meeting, whereas Abdul Hamid Bhuiyan, Executive Director and Member Secretary, SSS Executive Committee facilitated the meeting in the presence of honorable members of SSS General Body. The Chairperson of the meeting expresses good-wishes and thanks to all the members, senior officials and workers of SSS and went to conduct the meeting according to the agenda.

Proceedings of general meeting, audit report, annual report of 2021-22, annual plan and budget of 2022-23 fiscal-years and the others were put on the meeting and unanimously got approved. The budget for the FY 2022-23 was Tk. 12,473.66 crore.

In the same sequence, as the term of the Executive Committee of SSS has been up, necessarily there election of new Executive Committee formation took place. Following official procedure, a new Executive Committee was made up comprising nine-member with Mr. Murshed Alam Sarker as Chairperson and Mr. Abdul Hamid Bhuiyan, Executive Director of SSS as Member Secretary ex-officio. The tenure of the new committee is three years (01 September 2022 to 31 August 2025).

At the end, Mr. Murshed Alam Sarker, conveyed gratefulness to everyone for selecting him once-again as Chairperson of Executive Committee of SSS and participating in the meeting. He also urged them to extend their hands effectually to drive the well-off of SSS.
